Wondering whether a stock is good value? Look up a few numbers for the companies you're considering, enter them here, and this compares them side by side — flagging the ones that look cheap for what you get, financially solid, and not over-priced. You provide the numbers (we show you which, and where to get them free); the tool just does the scoring. It never fetches prices and never tells you to buy or sell.
Educational screener — not investment advice. It only scores the numbers you enter; it doesn't recommend buying or selling. Verify everything on a primary source (screener.in, Tickertape, NSE), and check promoter holding & pledging separately — they aren't in here. Your data stays in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
Add your stocks. Type them into the table below, or paste / import a CSV. Get the figures free from screener.in, Tickertape or nseindia.com. Tap “Load sample data” to see the exact format, then replace it with your own.
Fill in what you have. Fundamentals drive the score; the value gate needs at least P/E, P/B, D/E and ROE. Technicals (RSI, 50/200-day averages, 52-week high/low) are optional — leave them blank and that row is scored on fundamentals alone. Any blank cell is skipped, never guessed.
Set the knobs and run. Pick the fundamentals-vs-technicals split and any minimum scores, then tap Run screen. Hover a column header for what it means, and export the ranked table as CSV or Excel.
It only scores the numbers you enter — it never fetches live prices and never tells you to buy or sell. Treat the output as a shortlist to research, not a recommendation.

65% / 35%
Left = the company's business health (profits, debt, growth). Right = its recent share-price trend. The figure shows the split. Most long-term value investors lean left.

Keep just the top N. 0 shows every stock you entered.
Hides anything that fails the basic value checks — sensible price, low debt, decent returns.
What the numbers mean (in plain English)
The 5 essentials — these power the value check
P/E — “price-to-earnings”
How many years of the company's profit you're paying for, at today's price. Lower is cheaper. Here it must be sensible (0–45).
P/B — “price-to-book”
The price compared with what the company is worth on paper. Lower means you're paying less for the assets.
ROE % — “return on equity”
How well the company turns owners' money into profit. Higher is better; below 8% is treated as weak.
D/E — “debt-to-equity”
How much it borrows versus its own money, as a ratio (e.g. 0.5). Lower is safer; very high debt is risky.
Dividend %
The yearly dividend as a percentage of the price — a bit of income while you hold.
Helpful extras (optional — more depth on value, quality & growth)
EV/EBITDA · PEG
Two more “is it cheap?” measures — lower is better.
Margin % · Current ratio
Profit kept per ₹ of sales, and whether it can cover short-term bills.
EPS growth % · Revenue growth %
How fast profits and sales are growing, year on year.
Price-trend extras (optional — the “technicals” side)
Price · 52-week high / low
Today's price and its range over the last year — shows if it's near the top or bottom.
50-day / 200-day average
The average price recently vs longer-term — above the 200-day average is generally healthier.
RSI · Volume ratio · MACD↑
Momentum signals. Leave all of these blank and a stock is simply scored on its business alone.
💡 Where to get the numbers — free: open the company's page on screener.in, Tickertape or nseindia.com and copy the figures across. You don't need every box — the 5 essentials are enough for a useful score.

How the score works
Fundamental score (0–100) = valuation 34% · quality 26% · health 20% · growth 14% · income 6%. Cheaper P/E, P/B, EV/EBITDA, PEG score higher; higher ROE, margins, lower debt, steady growth and dividends add quality.
Technical score (0–100) = trend 40% · momentum 30% · entry 20% · volume 10%. Rewards price above its 200-DMA, an RSI sweet-spot (~45–65), a lower-middle position in the 52-week range, and volume confirmation.
Combined = your fundamentals/technicals split (default 65/35). Rows with no technicals are scored on fundamentals alone.
Value gate (must pass all): P/E 0–45, P/B ≤ 8, D/E ≤ 2.5, ROE ≥ 8%. Fails the gate → labelled “Not value”, however good the technicals.
Verdict: ≥75 Strong Value Buy · ≥65 Value Buy · ≥55 Value Watch · else Neutral (gate-passers only).
